This is why I am dedicating myself to correcting of the many &quot;erasures&quot; from history, that of GLBT people, by encouraging the practice of historical fiction.  As one cannot report what was never recorded, historians cannot accomplush what we can speculate.. and that&#039;s not just the horrors of a group so horribly repressed, but also stories of those who managed to make lives and loves for themselves in the harshest of societies.
